It’s subtle, particularly at this distance; but if you look right of dead centre there is a small bunch of mature beeches in photo 1. Two floods undermined them, and a storm felled them. In photo 2 you can just spot a tatty old barn that was previously hidden. Other than that I can’t spot any differences. Does time stand still in the country?
Because I have such terrible eye sight I always assume people can see better than me. Same goes for hearing – though that has little bearing here of course. Anyway it’s there: you’ll just have to blow up the picture.

One has to stare until going squint to spot those, even after being told about them!
